Founded in 2008, ACP aims to ease the transition from the military to the civilian workforce. ACP is the only nonprofit organization engaged in national corporate career counseling for our returning veterans and active duty military spouses.

More than 80 of America’s finest companies support ACP. We are also proud to work with a variety of best-in-class veteran service organizations, professional groups and military transition programs. 

ACP has a bipartisan Advisory Council, comprised of prominent Americans from the military and business communities. We're grateful to these members for their help in building ACP’s programs.

ACP has an independent Board of Directors who meet quarterly at ACP’s New York City offices and provide strategic advice.

ACP is proud to report that over the past five years, our audited financials show that an average of 96% of every dollar goes directly toward our programs.
